The Pulaski County Bar Association (PCBA) is honored to be able to present the 2022 Isaac A. Scott Jr. Bankruptcy Institute. Ike Scott was the president of the PCBA from 1997 to 1998 and was the first president of the PCBF, serving in that position for two years. Mr. Scott practiced law with the firm of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP for 44 years and served as managing partner for many years. The focus of Mr. Scott’s law practice was in the area of bankruptcy. He was a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. Mr. Scott died on August 26, 2009. This Institute is presented in honor of Mr. Scott’s lifetime of achievement and contributions to the practice of bankruptcy law in Arkansas. With this program it is the goal of the PCBA to present a bankruptcy conference that Mr. Scott would have liked to attend, featuring outstanding speakers from coast to coast, who are leaders in the field of bankruptcy as judges, educators, practicing attorneys or other professionals. The PCBA would not be able to present a program of this caliber without the generous support of the program sponsors. Please thank the program sponsors for helping to bring this program to you. We hope this program is entertaining, educational and beneficial for you.
