- Visitation for Judge Whitmore will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 on Friday, February 10th at Smith Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock.
- The funeral will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, February 11th at Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 E. “C” Avenue, North Little Rock.
