The PCBA heard from the Honorable Judge Leon Holmes at the last General Membership Luncheon of the year at the Little Rock Club. Holmes spoke about the two temptations lawyers face – to get angry and become uncooperative when working against other lawyers, and the tendency to substitute what the client wants the truth to be, with the actual truth.
